  • 1 litre milk
  • 5-6 betel leaves
  • 1 tbsp gulkand
  • Chopped pistachios for garnish

Gulkand Paan Kulfi Recipe

  1. Take a pan and boil milk until it thickens.
  2. Add 5-6 betel leaves, 1 tbsp gulkand and milk in a mixer and blend it.
  3. Now add this prepared paste to the boiled milk and mix it well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an earthen pot and garnish it with chopped pistachios.
  5. Let it set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Gulkand paan kulfi is ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 litre milk
  • 5-6 betel leaves
  • 1 tbsp gulkand

  1. Step 1:
