Paan Kulfi Recipe By Chef Kunal Kapur
Boil milk in a pan.
Blend 5-6 betel leaves, 1 tbsp gulkand and milk in a mixer.
Add prepared paste to the boiled milk and mix it.
Tranfer into pot and garnish it with chopped pistachios.
Refrigerator for 2-3 hours and serve.
