Summer is here and what is better than a bowl of ice cream. However, we are all bored of those basic vanilla, chocolate and strawberry flavours. So, here is an easy recipe for lychee ice cream. Prepare this lychee ice cream at home and we're sure you’ll love it.
- Take a large mixing bowl.
- Add milk powder, 1 cup milk and corn flour. Whisk it properly.
- Add the remaining milk in a pan and add sugar. Mix it well.
- Let it come to a boil and keep stirring occasionally.
- Add the corn flour mixture to the pan. Mix well.
- Let it cook for 5 more minutes at medium flame.
- Now, let it cool for a bit.
- Add fresh cream and de-seeded lychee pulp. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture in a container and let it freeze for a few hours.
