Prepare this healthy snack dish and enjoy during tea time.
Take a glass bowl and mix in besan, salt, water, lemon juice and baking soda in it.
Let the batter ferment for 2 hours.
In the meantime, pour boiled water in a steamer and grease the utensil with oil.
Cook the batter for 15 minutes in the idli/dhokla cooker. Check with a knife if you think it is done, with a knife and the let it cool.
Now, for the tempering, heat another pan with oil and then add mustard seeds, curry leaves and slit green chilli.
Next, add 1/2 cup of water in the pan and let it boil.
After 2 minutes, squeeze 1/2 lemon, add sugar and green coriander leaves.
Turn off the heat and pour the tempering on the dhokla and then serve with a chutney and hot tea.
