Oreo Ice Cream Recipe

This a perfect summer treat and you need only two ingredients to make them and a popsicle mold!

Ingredients

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • 12-13 oreo biscuits
  • Oreo crumbs for garnishing
  • Popsicle mold
  • 7-8 Popsicle sticks

Instructions

  • Allow ice cream to sit at room temperature for 15 to 25 minutes until it gets soft.
  • Place oreo biscuits in a ziplock bag and crush into pieces using a rolling pin.
  • Add about 1 heaping teaspoon of crumbs to each popsicle mold. Fill halfway with softened ice cream.
  • Add another heaping teaspoon of crumbs and add the rest of the ice cream, leaving about a half inch of space.
  • Replace lid and add popsicle stick in it.
  • Put the molds in a freezer for 7-8 hours.
  • Once set, take it out and run popsicles mold under lukewarm water to loosen popsicles.
  • Gently take it out and enjoy!

  • Use a mixer to crush cookies into fine crumbs.
  • Mix cream cheese and Oreo crumbs in a bowl.
  • Place a parchment paper in a tray.
  • Take a tablespoon of the mixture and form a small ball. Place that ball on the baking sheet gently.
  • Put the balls into the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  • Dip frozen balls in melted white/ dark chocolate and place it again on the tray. For easier dipping, you can use a toothpick to dip it in melted chocolate.
  • Sprinkle some oreo crumbs on the balls.
  • Freeze it for 15 minutes and enjoy!

  • A packet of Oreo cookies
  • 2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream
  • Milk for dipping cookies

Instructions

  • Place Oreo cookies in a ziplock bag and crush into pieces with a rolling pin.
  • Take cream, cheese, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl and whisk it.
  • Add whipped cream in it and gently mix it with a spatula.
  • Add in few crushed oreo cookies and mix well.
  • Now line a pan with foil or parchment paper.
  • Dip Oreo cookies in milk and arrange in the base of the pan.
  • Take a spoon of the oreo mix and spread it evenly.
  • Now arrange another layer of dipped oreo cookies on it and add a layer of the oreo mix.
  • Place the mixture in a freezer for 7-8 hours.
  • Take it out and serve.
