Ingredients To Make Wholewheat Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Whole Wheat Flour (Atta): 1 Cup
- Brown Sugar: 1/2 Cup
- Chocolate chip: 1/4 Cup
- Vanilla extract: 1/2 Tsp
- Butter: 115 gm
- Baking Soda: 1/4 Tsp
- Salt: 1/4 Tsp
- Milk: 2 Tbsp (if required)

Preparation
- In a bowl beat together the butter and the brown sugar.
- In a separate mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients (baking powder, flour and salt) and sieve them together.
- Add vanilla and dry ingredients to the butter sugar mixture.
- If the batter does not come together, add milk as required.
- Fold in chocolate chips, saving some to place on top of the cookies.
- Take a tablespoon of the batter, roll and press it down to form a cookie.
- Place on a parchment sheet and bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees for 10-12 minutes till the cookie is browning at the edges.
- Remove from the tray and let the cookies cool on a cooling rack.
