Ingredients

  • 100 gm fresh corn kernels
  • 40 gm peanuts
  • 40 gm soaked gram lentils (chana dal)
  • 30 gm corn flour
  • 30 gm refined flour
  • Oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 10 gm chopped coriander
  • 2 chopped green chilly
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Chaat masala
  • Salt
  • 5 gm degi mirch powder

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Pat dry corn. Coat it with mixture of corn flour and refined flour.

    Deep fry for few minutes till it turns crispy. Then, set aside.

    Next, deep fry the soaked lentils for few minutes and keep aside.
