Loaded with veggies, this homemade egg bhurji is healthy and delicious.
Chop onion, tomato, green chillies and capsicum and keep aside.
Break eggs in a bowl and whisk.
In a pan, add some oil and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add in onions, chillies and ginger garlic paste.
Next add tomatoes and capsicum.
Sprinkle all the spices.
Pour in whisked eggs and scramble.
Squeeze lemon juice and top with coriander leaves.
Enjoy with bread toast or paratha.
