To make delicious Mexican-style cheese-loaded nachos at home, first, you have to have to pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees and meanwhile, you have to layer the tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Then, sprinkle some portions of different cheeses, as per your preference, on each layer. Add the toppings or tomato salsa with Black beans and Corn over the nachos. Ingredients

  • 200 grams of Tortilla Chips
  • 50 grams of Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Diced Jalapenos
  • 50 grams of Black Beans
  • 10 grams of Cilantro
  • 1 Lime
  • 20 grams of Corn Kernels
  • 100 grams of Avocado
  • 50 millilitres of Sour Cream
  • 20 grams of Red Bell Pepper

  • Step 1 :

    Dice the tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro leaves, avocado and red bell pepper, and set aside.

    Boil the black beans and corn kernels until tender and set them aside too.
