This is a very low on calories main course recipe which is excellent for those on a weight loss mission.
Heat a large wok on medium heat with the the olive oil.
Add the grated cauliflower and cook till it becomes tender.
Season it with the green onions, salt, pepper and some salsa sauce. Mix well.
Serve as it is or with some sauted mushrooms if you like.
