  1. Cut the bun into two equal halves using a knife.
  2. Take the bun halves and put them over the Tawa on a medium flame.
  3. Toss them upside down until they show a rusty brown colour in appearance.
  4. Spread a generous amount of salted butter evenly all over the bun using a butter knife.
  5. For an extra grill, you can go over the Tawa with the bun once again over a medium burn.
  6. Your bun maska is ready!

You can serve your Bun Maska with a steaming hot cup of tea or coffee and treat it as a snack!
