To prepare this healthy breakfast dist, start with cutting bread slices diagonally.
In a bowl, add gram flour, cumin powder, salt, coriander powder, chilli powder, and water and mix them all together. Make sure your batter is not too thick or watery.
Fold cheese slices in a triangular shape and place them between the bread slices. Dip this bread pakoda into the prepared batter and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot enough, fry the dipped bread pakodas until they turn golden brown in colour.
Take them out in a plate and serve with ketchup.
