Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour or maida
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts

Step

  1. Step 1:

    Grease a loaf tin with butter and keep aside.

  2. Step 2:

    Now take a large bowl and add butter, sugar and eggs. Whisk well.

  3. Step 3:

    Next, add flour and baking powder.

  4. Step 4:

    Take all the ripe bananas and mash them. Add to the mixture.

  5. Step 5:

    Top with toasted walnuts. Mix all the ingredients well.

  6. Step 6:

    Pour your mixture in the loaf tin pan and bake for 1 hour. Using a toothpick, check if the bread has cooked properly.

  7. Step 7:

    Let it cool and then remove it from the loaf tin. You can store it in a plastic wrap in the refrigerator for 2 days.

  8. Step 8:

    You can have this delicious bread with some chocolate sauce or a scoop of vanilla icecream.
