How To Make Dhokla In A Mug?
- Take a medium-size mixing bowl and add besan, turmeric, asafoetida, ginger chilli paste, salt, powdered sugar, curd, and vegetable oil.
- Using a spoon, give it all a good mix while adding water. Make sure that you remove any possible lumps.
- Also, add fruit salt in the batter.
- Take a microwavable mug and pour your batter in it.
- Heat it for 3-4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place a pan on the stove on high heat.
- Add oil and mustard seeds. Once it starts crackling, add curry leaves and green chillies. Sauté the ingredients.
- Take out your mug from the oven and add the tempering in it.
