Dhokla in a mug takes only 5 minutes of your day and gives you amazing taste and energy to last until your next meal.

How To Make Dhokla In A Mug?

  • Take a medium-size mixing bowl and add besan, turmeric, asafoetida, ginger chilli paste, salt, powdered sugar, curd, and vegetable oil.
  • Using a spoon, give it all a good mix while adding water. Make sure that you remove any possible lumps.
  • Also, add fruit salt in the batter.
  • Take a microwavable mug and pour your batter in it.
  • Heat it for 3-4 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, place a pan on the stove on high heat.
  • Add oil and mustard seeds. Once it starts crackling, add curry leaves and green chillies. Sauté the ingredients.
  • Take out your mug from the oven and add the tempering in it.

  • ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric
  • ¼ Teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Chilli Paste
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Suga4. ½ Cup Curd
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Fruit Salt
  • 3-4 Curry Leaves
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds

    In a mixing bowl mix all your ingredients to prepare a thick batter.

  2. Step 2:

    Also, add fruit salt in the batter.

    In a microwavable mug pour your batter and heat it for 3-4 minutes.

    Take a pan, heat it and then add oil and mustard seeds.

    Wait for both to crackle and add curry leaves and green chillies.
