The Mumbai Police has filed a case against ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ producer Asit Kumarr Modi, operations head Sohail Ramani and executive producer Jatin Bajaj based on a complaint by one of the show’s actors.

First Information Report Complaint Raised Against Asit Kumarr Modi:

The First Information Report (FIR) has been registered under the Sections 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) which deals with an assault or criminal force on a woman with the intent to outrage her modesty. However, the police have not made any arrests in the case yet.

Former Actors Of The Show ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ File Suit:

Many of the former actors who have been contributing to the show, ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ have come out and revealed extremely shocking details about their experience while working on set. Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, Monika Bhadoriya, Priya Ahuja and others hurled many allegations against the producer of the show, Asit Kumarr Modi, executive producer Jatin Bajaj and operations head, Sohail Romani.

Jennifer has taken legal recourse last month and has gone ahead and recorded a statement with the Powai Police Station. According to reports, it seems that the authorities have finally taken things into action.
