Vidya Balan is all set to return to screens with the movie ‘Neeyat’. It is a murder mystery where she will play the role of Mira Rao, a detective. Anu Menon, who previously worked with Vidya on Shakuntala Devi, is the director. The movie is produced by Vikram Malhotra's Abundantia Entertainment. Take a look at what is the trailer all about:

The trailer reveals the story of a billionaire Ashish Kapoor’s mysterious murder on his birthday celebration in Scotland in the presence of his close family and friends. They think it's a suicide but CBI officer Mira Rao confirms it as a murder. The main suspects are the close family members and friends who attend the party. The CBI officer uses all her skills to solve a mystery where no one is who they seem to be and everyone has a dark secret. There are many twists and turns in the movie with some uncovered and cunning intentions.

The trailer provides us a sneak peek into the mysterious realm of the murder mystery with each character poster depicting them in an enticing light, each captivating scene and the dramatic music boosted our expectations for the film. They also released 11 posters revealing each character of the movie.
Anu Menon directs the movie and stars Vidya Balan, Rahul Bose, Ram Kapoor, and Shahana Goswami as lead characters. Other famous actors who will be seen in Neeyat are Prajakta Koli, Niki Walia, Danesh Razvi, Shashank Arora, Amrita Puri, Dipannita Sharma, and Neeraj Kabi.
