Sanjay Leela Bhansali is obsessed with the beauty of Raaga Yaman whose influence can be seen in many of his songs including ‘Laal Ishq’, ‘Aaj Ibadat’, ‘Ek Dil Ek Jaan’, and ‘Yoon Shabami’. ‘Ek Baar Dekh Lijiye’ is also roughly based on the same Raaga to add a touch of intensity to romance. Ornamented on Dadra Taal, the song has been voiced by the music sensation Kalpana Gandharv, penned by AM Turaz, and composed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali himself.
