The pre-sales of Coolie have been exceptionally strong, with the film already surpassing the $1 million mark in the USA alone. The total North American pre-sales have crossed $1.7 million, and the film is on track to potentially cross the $2 million mark ahead of its big release, as per reports.
Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Coolie features an ensemble cast, including Rajinikanth as Deva (a former gold smuggler), Nagarjuna, Sathyaraj, Aamir Khan in a cameo role, Upendra Rao, Soubin Shahir, and Shruti Haasan.
Coolie has sold over 50,000 tickets in pre-sales in the US and Canada, with 1485 shows lined up across 488 locations in North America. The film's advance bookings have already grossed approximately 65 crores worldwide, including 40 crores from international markets.
