Green Papaya
Start eating an unripe papaya or green papaya which is known for contracting the muscle fibers of your uterus. This will help you regulate the menstrual flow. Eating green papaya regularly helps you have regular periods. Make sure you don’t eat papaya during your pregnancy as it is not considered healthy during this time.
Fennel Seeds
Fennel seeds or saunf contain a compound called Emmenagogue which helps in regulating menstruation. They boost the menstruation process and are also considered healthy for consumption during periods as they help in relieving cramps. Add some fennel seeds in water and keep it overnight. Drink this water in the morning to get relief from cramps.
Cumin Seeds
Another great ingredient to regularise your periods is cumin seeds or jeera which is common kitchen ingredient in Indian households. Add 2 spoons of cumin seeds in water at night and drink it next morning. Cumin seeds are really healthy for you. They help you in weight loss and also help you in improving digestion.
Ginger
Ginger is also very effective in regulating the menstrual flow. Ginger also helps in relieving cramps. You can consume ginger in the form of juice. Preparing ginger juice is very easy. Take some water and boil some ginger and sugar. Drink this juice with your meals to get relief from cramps. Regular consumption also helps you regularise your periods.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Irregular periods can be caused if there is an issue with the blood sugar levels of your body. To regularise it, you can use apple cider vinegar. You can mix water and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Drink this every day and it will help you have a regular menstrual cycle.
Turmeric
Because of its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, turmeric is a great ingredient to help you with your irregular periods. Drinking turmeric milk is great for your overall health and also for your menstrual cycle. Consume a glass of lukewarm turmeric milk every day before you go to bed.
