Joints connect one bone to another and help us support the whole body. Therefore, even the slightest damage to our joints is really bad for our body.
Pain in joints can be caused by several reasons. In recent times, this has been the most discussed problem in our country. Nowadays, people in the age group of 35-40 years are experiencing joint pain.

You can try hot and cold compression, for this, pour hot or cold water on the joints at intervals of 2-5 minutes. This treatment should be done twice a day.
If you wish, you can also immerse your feet in lukewarm water by adding one teaspoon of salt and 2-3 drops of essential oils, such as basil, eucalyptus, lavender, ginger, lemongrass, juniper berry or rosemary.

Aromatherapy For Joint Pain

Now, we will know what is the role of essential oils in aromatherapy and why this joint pain is so effective. Aroma oil is the best thing to get some relief, also, it can be used in both hot and cold conditions. These oils contain pepper, camphor, etc. which generates some reaction in the veins and also, stimulates brain sensitivity. The most special thing about these oils is that they heat up quickly and stay on the skin for a long time. Aroma oils are highly fragrant, found in petals, stems, roots, and other parts of plants. It seems like essential oils can work wonders in improving the blood circulation of the affected area.
The aroma oils that can be used for joint pain are as follows –
1. Piper Mint Oil: Take 2 teaspoons of this oil and mix it in lukewarm coconut oil to make it immediately usable. Although coconut oil is the best but you can also use some other kind of oil.
2. Eucalyptus Oil: Mix this oil with a carrier oil and massage it on the affected area.
3. Ginger Oil: Prepare a mixture of ginger oil diluting it with a carrier il and then apply it on the affected area. You can mix this oil with lavender or lemongrass oil as well.
4. Lavender Oil: Apply this oil directly on the affected area, it causes excessive aroma which helps to relieve pain easily. Always massage in a circular motion.
5. Cayenne Paper Oil: Mix a few drops of this oil with coconut oil and apply 2-3 times a day for a few weeks.
6. Lemongrass Oil: This oil can provide relief in different ways. For this, all you have to do is boil water, add a few drops of lemongrass oil into it and apply it on the affected area.

7. Frankincense Oil: Mix this oil with olive oil and apply this mixture on the affected area.
8. Rosemary Oil: Apply this oil directly on the affected area. This oil is rich in Rosemarinic acid, which is the main reason to reduce pain.
9. Juniper Oil: This oil, mixed with a few drops of lotion or cream, can be used every day.
10. Clove Essential Oil: Mix this oil with jojoba oil. Once the mixture is prepared, apply it directly on the affected area.
