When faced with a lung cancer diagnosis, you should make nutrition a very important part of yourrecovery journey. Follow a healthy, and well balanced diet both during and post your treatment. Avoid strenuous physical activity or intense workouts during this time as they can leave you feeling exhausted and weak.
