This is the perfect pose to stretch the lower back, mid back and shoulders. After getting on all fours, keep pushing your hips till they rest on your heels. This can be so satisfying to do after a whole day’s work!

Hugging others releases the happy hormones but hugging yourself can also make you fit! Sounds unbelievable? Well, it’s not. Just lie down and tuck your knees to bring them towards your chest. Grab your calves and stretch your neck to make your head meet the knees. Voila! Lower back tension gone.
