1. Vajrasana With Support

Rujuta suggested doing Vajrasana with support. In the video, she can be seen bending her knees and sitting on it while keeping the body straight. Along with that, she suggested performing this asana with the help of a support.

2. Adhomukhosavasana

Rujuta suggested moving on to Adhomukhoveerasana after Vajrasana. She can be seen sitting on her heels and slowly stretching her upper body to her front and then bending it to touch her hands to the floor to perform Adhomukhoveerasana.

3. Janu Sirsasana with support

She then proceeded to perform Janu Sirsasana, in which she can be seen touching the insides of her thigh with one foot and then bending her back using a chair as a support.
