Karisma Kapoor, who turned this year, is a vision hands down and most of the credit goes to her strictly followed diet and fitness regime. She is a yoga lover just like her sister Kareena Kapoor Khan and it is clearly visible. Let's take a look at what this celeb mom does to look so good all the time.

Karisma's Diet

Her diet is an interesting one. Her breakfasts mostly consist of nuts, fruits, almond milk, chia seeds, and some times omelet and egg whites. Her lunch is dal and chapati. Karisma posts a lot on her Instagram and one of such posts was that of her breakfast, which included a variety of berries like blueberries, strawberries, cranberries, and raspberries. Now we all know that berries are known to be packed with antioxidants which protect the body from oxidative damage in lay man's tone, it is what you call anti-ageing food. Watermelon has 92% water content which has significant levels of Vitamins A, B6, and C. It is fat-free, low in sodium and has just 40 calories per serving.
