All of us hope to have radiant, glowing and youthful skin throughout our lives. But this is easier said than done. Having healthy skin goes much deeper than having a daily skincare routine. Our skin is affected by several factors that we tend to ignore. Apart from the obvious, like lack of hygiene, not using the right products or even external factors like dust and pollution, there are other reasons that go much deeper. This International Yoga Day 2021, which we celebrate on June 21, let's take a look at how you can work on your skin with simple yoga.
