For lunch, Manikarnika actress has a bowl of salad, some riceandroti along with dal and boiled vegetables. Salad has all the green and other healthy vegetables that help in maintaining the weight. She also has carbs in the form of whole wheat roti. Dal, on the other hand, is rich in fiber and is also very healthy. Kangana Ranaut is a yoga fan. She does yoga for 45 minutes everyday for flexibility. She also hits the gym five days a week and her regime includes weight training, strength training, and cardio. Kangana drinks a lot of water to keep her body hydrated. She drinks 10 to 12 glasses of water in a day. She doesn’t skip any of her meals but eats healthy. She does indulge in her favourite food pizza once in a while!
