Every time I interview a celebrity and ask them to give a fitness tip for my readers, they tell me that one should do some physical activity everyday. That physical activity could be anything, from yoga to walking, jogging or playing badminton. They believe that indulging in some physical activity helps you stay active and also helps you stay fit and healthy. Recently, I interviewed Dangal fame, Sanya Malhotra and I asked her to give me some fitness tip. She said, “One thing I always tell everyone is give yourself at least 30 to 45 minutes every day. Yes, when you engage in a physical activity regularly, you increase the energy level of your body. When you regularly exercise, you reduce your laziness and fatigue. It stops making you feel sleepy if you do feel that often. When your energy level is higher, you are more productive in all what you do through the day. It also decreases the risk of any health problems.

When you don’t indulge in any physical activity, you start gaining weight and obesity is one of the biggest reasons behind health problems today. Reducing weight is one of the biggest challenges you may face and its best to keep your body active in order to prevent yourself from getting into that situation. If you are trying to lose weight, make sure you do some physical activity other than dieting. This will help you increase your metabolic rate and eventually help you burn more calories.
