Nushrratt Bharuccha stepped into the world of films with the movie Jai Santoshi Maa in the year 2006. However, she rose to fame with Luv Ranjan's Pyaar Ka Punchnama. She has been a part of hit movies like Sonu Ke Titu Ke Sweety and Dream Girl too and, and she will be seen in the historical drama Ram Setu and the comedy Janhit Mein Jaari, all of which will be released soon. That's about her acting career but let us tell you that more than her performances, Nushrratt has been hogging the limelight for her red carpet appearances.

Nushrratt Bharuccha walked in a green bold green high slit number at the Filmfare red carpet. It wasn't the regular thigh-high slit dress. It was a little risque if you look at it but well, Nushrratt carried it so smoothly. While many showered her with compliments for carrying the one-shoulder gown, others slammed her for the bod outfit. Talking about the same in an interview, she said, “I did it for me, not for anyone else... I didn’t think people were going to praise me or it’s going to become the talk of the town for the next two days. I just wore an outfit, attended the function, had fun, came home, had dinner and slept. I don’t get bothered, I don’t take anything personally. I don’t even go and read the comments under the posts... I put it out there and leave it. Then it’s not my headache.”

Body Hugging Gold Gown

Gold is always my personal favourite when it comes to the red carpet. There is something about blingy outfits. Nushrratt Bharuccha carried this semi-sheer shimmery gold gown with silver details. I absolutely loved her half knot hairstyle. She carried it sans accessories. Her makeup was kept nude to go with the look.

For another awards night, Nushrratt Bharuccha carried this short, metallic dress with cutouts. She carried the look with black stilettos. Her hair were set at the back. Once again, she kept her look basic, without any accessories. Also, she won the Most Stylish Woman at the GQ awards.

One of Nushrratt Bharuccha's most loved red carpet looks is this one she carried for the IIFA awards. This was one-shoulder blue dress with a lot of frills by Shantanu And Nikhil was teamed with black heels. Her hair were kept straight at the back. We loved her makeup, a thick blue winged liner added to the look.

The Gorgeous Saree Look

For the Lokmat Awards, Nushrratt Bharuccha wore Manish Malhotra's lavender sequins saree. She carried the pretty saree with a V neck, plain blouse. For accessories, she wore matching studs. Her makeup was kept dewy and natural.

On the work front, Nushrratt Bharuccha will next be seen in Chhalaang opposite Rajkumar Rao. She also has a movie titled Hurdang in her kitty.
