What’s more, these boots come with a price tag of ₹ 2.2 lakhs that amounts to $2,750. These are crafted from hand painted leather and were part of Louis Vuitton’s Fall-Winter 2023 showcase. These shoes have sparked quite a flurry on social media across platforms with many users dubbing the boots ‘hideous’ and them receiving a mixed response.

But the illusion ankle boots from Louis Vuitton aren’t alone in this race. Every now and then, designer labels keep making sartorial offerings that are rather absurd yet cost a bomb and leave the internet baffled.
