Xavier School of Management will soon release the admit card for the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2025. Eligible candidates can download their hall tickets from the official website, xatonline.in, starting today, December 20, 2024. The application window for this year opened on July 15 and closed on December 10, 2024. Conducted by XLRI, XAT is a crucial exam for management aspirants, with over 250 institutions accepting its scores for admissions.

XAT 2025 Admit Card: How To Download
Here are simple steps to download the XAT admit card, as per the official XAT website.
- Visit the official XAT website.
- Click on the XAT 2025 admit card link.
- Enter your login credentials and submit.
- Verify your details and download the admit card.
- Print a copy for future reference.
The XAT 2025 admit card will include important details such as the candidate's XAT ID, name, photograph, signature, date of birth (DOB), and PwD status. It will also provide information like the exam date, reporting time, gate closure time, exam duration, test city, exam centre name and address, emergency contact number, and exam day guidelines.
XAT 2025 Exam Date
As per the official XAT website, the examination will be held on January 5, 2025, and the results are expected to be released by January 31, 2025.
XAT 2025 is set to be conducted across various cities in India, with over 100 test centres. Some of the key cities hosting the exam include Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Thiruvananthapuram, and many more.
XAT 2025 Exam Pattern Changes
The XAT administration has introduced important updates to the 2025 test format to enhance the assessment process and better evaluate the essential skills required for management and leadership roles, as mentioned in the official notice by XAT.

XAT 2025: Key Updates
- Integration of Analytical Essay Writing (AEW) with GD & PI: The AEW component will now be conducted during the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/PI) stages, instead of as part of the written exam.
- Revision in General Knowledge Section: The General Knowledge section will now consist of 20 questions, reduced from 25. This will include 12 current affairs questions and 8 static GK questions, balancing awareness of current events and foundational knowledge.
- Adjustment of Exam Timings: The XAT 2025 will be divided into two parts. Part One will be 170 minutes long, while Part Two, which focuses solely on General Knowledge, will be 10 minutes long. The total duration of the exam will be 180 minutes.
These updates aim to preserve the integrity and effectiveness of XAT in selecting candidates for management programmes. Candidates are encouraged to regularly check the official XAT website for further details and updates.
