The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta has officially released the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 result and the scorecards are now available for download. The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 was held on November 24, 2024. IIM Calcutta released the final answer key on December 17, 2024, which is now available in the candidates' login. Before that, the provisional answer key was published on December 3, 2024, and candidates had until December 5, 2024, to share their concerns.

CAT 2024 Topper List
The CAT exam is known for its high level of competition, and every year, there are a few exceptional candidates who shine bright and top the results. Although the official names of the toppers haven't been released yet, IIM Calcutta will soon publish the CAT 2024 topper list. This will include details about the number of candidates who scored a perfect 100 percentile and those who achieved a 99.99 percentile.
For the CAT 204 exam, this year, 14 candidates achieved a perfect 100 percentile in the CAT exam, with just one of them being a woman. Of these top scorers, 13 are from an engineering background, while only one comes from a non-engineering field, according to IIM Calcutta.
Out of the 3.29 lakh candidates who registered for the exam, 1.19 lakh were female, 2.10 lakh were male, and 14 were transgender. Of the 2.93 lakh candidates who actually appeared for the exam, 1.07 lakh were female and 1.86 lakh were male. Among the 14 perfect scorers, 13 are male and 1 is female.

How To Check CAT 2024 Result
Checking your CAT result is a simple process. Here are the steps to access your scorecard:
Step 1: Visit the official website of CAT: iimcat.ac.in.
Step 2: Look for the link that says "CAT 2024 Scorecard" and click on it.
Step 3: Log in using the credentials you registered with – your User CAT ID and Password.
Step 4: Once you're logged in, you’ll be able to view your scorecard. Make sure to download it.

Number of Candidates Who Scored 99.98 Percentile
As per the latest reports, in the CAT 2024 results, 30 candidates have achieved 99.98 percentile. Out of these top scorers, 1 is a female candidate, while the remaining 29 are male.
