It is nothing that you will not like, be it coffee, nuts or vegetables. So here is a list you can go through which is said to be very good for your liver to function properly.
Coffee

Coffee is said to be good for your liver because it protects against fatty liver disease. It is said that it may help in reducing chronic liver disease. This beverage also increases protective antioxidants that are present in the liver.
Oatmeal
Oatmeal is a good source of fiber which is very important for digestion. Certain fibers present in oats help the liver as well. Oats have compounds called beta-glucans which help out the immunity system and they also fight against inflammation. This is good for controlling diabetes and obesity.
Green tea
Reduce overall fat by having green tea. According to a 2015 study in the World Journal of Gastroenterology, green tea may help fight against oxidative stress and reduce overall fat content, and reduce other signs of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
Garlic
Garlic has many health benefits and that includes it being helpful in stimulating the liver.
Berries
If you love berries then you are in for a surprise. Dark coloured berries like cranberries, blueberries and raspberries have antioxidants that are said to help protect the liver from damage.
Grapes
Just like berries, grapes are rich in antioxidants and help in reducing inflammation and prevent liver damage.
Plant Foods
If you run away from plant foods then it is high time that you start having a little every day. There are so many recipes out there that make them taste so good! Have bananas, beetroot, carrots, figs, avocado, brown rice, broccoli, lemon, papaya, watermelon and kale if you have access to.

By consuming fish oil or fatty fish you can reduce the impact of conditions like NAFLD. It is the omega 3 fatty acids that are good fats that keep the inflammation in check.

Nuts
Sources of vitamin E, antioxidants and fatty acids, nuts are said to help in preventing NAFLD, and they also reduce inflammation and oxidative stress. But you have to make sure that you don't overeat. A handful is enough because they do have a lot of calories.
Olive oil
Add olive oil in your daily meals as it reportedly helps in reducing oxidative stress and improves liver function. It is a very good source of unsaturated fatty acids in the oil.
