Sleep Well
What happens when you are stressed? Do you head to eat something? Well, that is not the best thing you can do because that can make you eat more than your actual appetite. Have Small Meals
If you have a habit of eating something or the other after every few hours then you can have smaller meals. These small meals with boost your metabolism and also help you from overeating. Cut your big meals into small ones and then keep eating them through the day.
