Here’s how you can make lemon and ginger detox drink:
Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you will need:
1 litre of water
1 lemon, sliced
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
A handful of fresh mint leaves
A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Step 1: Fill a large jug with 1 litre of water.
Step 2: Add the sliced lemon, ginger, and cucumber.
Step 3: Toss in the fresh mint leaves.
Step 4: Add a pinch of sea salt.
Step 5: Stir well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavours to infuse.
