Try this amazing salad recipe at home and you will be surprised to see the positive results.
Ingredients
- Lettuce
- Alfalfa Sprouts
- Red Bell Pepper (Cubed)
- Yellow Bell Pepper (Cubed)
- Beans (Cubed)
- Cucumber (Cubed)
- Beetroot (Cubed)
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Apple Cider
- Olive Oil
- Parsley
- Basil
- Chilli Flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Honey
- Microgreens
Instructions
- Take a big mixing bowl.
- Add lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, beans, cucumber and beetroot to the bowl. Mix well.
- For the dressing, mix apple cider, olive oil, parsley, basil, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and honey. Mix well.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Mix well.
- Garnish with microgreens and your salad is ready.
