How To Make Sadhguru’s Nutritious Smoothie?
Sadhguru has a large group of devotees who praise his wisdom and acknowledge his advice. Just like many healthcare professionals advise not to skip breakfast and how it is the most important meal of the day, Sadhguru believes in the same. The spiritual leader suggested in a video that he posted on his Instagram that one can have a simple yet nutritious breakfast.
Sadhguru shared an easy and tasty smoothie recipe on his Instagram handle. He mentioned that it will only take two minutes to prepare and is a must-have for its nutritional value.
- Soak a handful of groundnuts in water for six to eight hours, or overnight. This will ensure that they have softened.
- After the nuts are ready, take them out of the water you soaked them in and put them in a mixer.
- Add bananas, strawberries, blueberries, or any other fruit that you like to add delicious flavours to your smoothie.
- Add some honey if you want your smoothie to taste sweet, however, you can skip this ingredient too.
- Further, add some water to your smoothie according to your favourite amount. More water will make the smoothie runny and hence suitable for drinking, while less water will make it thick and can be consumed as a smoothie bowl or porridge. Mix them together.
- Garnish it with nuts and sliced fruits of your choice and drink it!
