The idol features a new artistic blend of traditional and contemporary theme. It is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful Ganesha idols in the city. The area is accessible via Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (Mumbai), Charni Road Railway Station, or Girgaum Chowpatty metro station.
Ganeshgalli Mumbaicha Raja, Mumbai
The 22 feet high Ganesh idol in Mumbai, the Ganeshgalli Mumbaicha Raja is located near the Lalbaug area and has been standing tall since 1928, as per reports. Apart from its height, the idol is also known for the craftsmanship it features. You can go for Darshan of the idol via Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (Mumbai), Parel or Currey road railway station, or the Lower Parel metro station.

Lalbaugcha Raja, Mumbai
The 15 feet tall idol of Lord Ganesha, Lalbaugcha Raja of the Lalbaug area in Mumbai is one of the most famous Ganesh idols in the city. The majestic Lalbaugcha statue was first installed in 1934 after some fishermen and locals of the area vowed that they will install Lord Ganesha if they were able to get their demands for a market met. They welcomed Lalbaugcha Raja after their wishes were fulfilled. To reach there also, you have to go via the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (Mumbai), the Chinchpokli railway station, or the Lower Parel metro station.
