1. Raison

One of the unexplored places in Kullu is Raison. The charming village of Raison is just on the Chandigarh-Manali route, yet most travellers pass it by. Raison, which is perched at an elevation of around 1500m, is home to lovely orchards, exquisite wooden-carved temples, and a perfect view of the Kullu valley.

The majority of the homes in this village of Kullu are constructed in the traditional Kath-Kuni architecture. This town also houses a temple dedicated to Azimal Devta. Soyal is the ideal location to see the celebration of traditional Kullu Valley festivals if you wish to see the local culture in the middle of lovely scenery.
