Gobi Manchurian Ban In Mapusa
Goa is known for its beautiful beaches, hospitable people, and its Gobi Manchurian. This dish is sold famously on the streets of the state and has gained immense popularity over the years. The fame of this Indo-Chinese dish has led many street vendors to sell these all over the state. However, it has now been banned in Mapusa, a town in Goa.
Goa’s Mapusa Municipal Council banned the famous street food over the use of synthetic colours and hygiene issues. The food patrol has been after the banning of this dish for a long time due to these reasons that may cause many health problems. All the street side stalls that sold the dish have now been banned.
