Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant's Pre-Wedding Menu Will Have These 5 Special Indori Dishes

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are all set to take their relationship to the next level with their pre-wedding ceremonies at Jamnagar, Gujarat. The two got rokafied in December 2022 at the Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara, Rajasthan.

Now the couple is all set to have their pre-wedding ceremonies in Jamnagar, Gujarat from March 1 to 3. The guest list is believed to have celebrated names like Mark Zuckerberg, Sundar Pichai, Bill Gates, Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni, Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan among others in attendance.

The celebrations will be spanning across three days with a lot of actiivities planned for the guests. For all the three days, the Ambanis and Merchants will be having elaborate menus for their guests.

According to a report by ABP live, a team of 25 chefs will be flying from Indore to Jamnagar to curate a special Indori menu. The menu will also include dishes from cuisines like Thai, Mexican, Japanese, Parsi and Pan-Asian.

A total of 2500 dishes will be offered to the guests during the three-day extravaganza. No dishes will be repeated during the celebrations.

Breakfast - More than 70 options

Lunch - Over 250 options

Dinner - Over 250 options

A special highlight from the menu is that there will be a special midnight snacks menu with food available between 12 am to 4 am.

Indori Corner At Anant Ambani And Radhika Merchant's Pre-Wedding

A report by BollywoodLife suggests that chefs from Indore will be curating a special Indori menu. The Indori Sarafa counter will serve multiple Indori dishes like Poha with Jalebi, Bhutte Ki Kees, Khopra Patties to name a few.

Anant Ambani - Radhika Merchant Pre-Wedding Celebrations

The celebrations will begin on March 1 with the cocktail party - 'An Evening in Everland'. On the second day, guests will be taken to Vantara for a 'Walk On The Wildside'. The same evening a 'Mela Rouge' will be organised. The ceremony will conclude with 'Hastakshar', a musical themed event to be hosted at the Jamnagar Township temple complex.

Why Jamnagar?

Amidst all the chatter around Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding, many are also questioning the couple's choice of venue for their pre-wedding ceremonies. Anant Ambani in an exclusive chat with CNBC shared that his heart belongs to Jamnagar. During his childhood, he spent a lot of time in the city and his parents and grandmother suggested picking Jamnagar as the final venue. Many don't know about Anant Ambani's passion project Vantara which is based in Jamnagar. Junior Ambani feels this would be a great opportunity for him to celebrate with his colleagues.

Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani are reportedly childhood friends. Merchant is the daughter of Viren Merchant, industrialist, CEO and Vice Chairman, Encore Healthcare. Radhika Merchant, according to a report by Times of India, serves as the director on the board at her father's company.
