Displaying his affection for Aamir, whom he referred to as his “favourite mentor,” Darsheel urged to stay tuned for further revelations about their new venture.
The collage juxtaposes a scene from the climax of ‘Taare Zameen Par,’ where young Darsheel smiles at his mentor, played by Aamir, after winning an art competition. In the updated image, Aamit appears as an elderly figure with white hair and a beard, while Darsheel is depicted as a young man.
Reportedly, Aamir and Darsheel are collaborating on a project titled ‘Sitaare Zameen Par,’ slated to release during Christmas this year. However, this can also be an ad.

Aamir Khan on ‘Sitare Zameen Par’
Aamir Khan (Aamir Khan's First Wife: Here's What Reena Dutta Has Been Up To) had previously discussed ‘Sitare Zameen Par’ in 2023 during an interview with News18, revealing, “ The title of the film is ‘Sitare Zameen Par.’...’Taare Zameen Par’ was an emotional film. This film will make you laugh, That film made you cry, this one will entertain you.”
He further elaborated, “But the theme is the same. That’s why we kept this name very thoughtfully…. In ‘Sitare Zameen Par,’ those nine boys, who have their own issues, help me. It’s the opposite.”
‘Taare Zameen Par,’ released on December 21, 2007, revolves around Ishaan, a dyslexic child portrayed by Darsheel, who faces academic challenges due to his learning disability. His life takes a transformative turn when an empathetic art teacher, played by Aami, recognises his talent and nurtures his potential.
Aamir's recent appearances include 'Laal Singh Chaddha' (2022) (Boycotted In India, Laal Singh Chaddha's Overseas Success Tells A Different Tale), a Hindi remake of Forrest Gump, and a cameo in 'Salaam Venky' (2022). Meanwhile, Darsheel featured in two films in 2023 — 'Hukus Bukus' and 'Kutch Express.'
