Sushant Singh Rajput's luxurious sea-facing Bandra residence has been available for a long time. Sushant initially rented this apartment in December 2019, committing to a 36-month lease at Rs 4.5 lakh per month. Despite being on the market for a long time, it appears that there have been no takers so far. However, there were speculations, as reported by the Indian Express, suggesting that Adah Sharma, renowned for her role in 'The Kerala Story,' was in discussions regarding a potential purchase of the property.
While addressing the media in Mumbai, Adah clarified that she has not made any final decisions regarding this matter. She mentioned, "Whatever is happening, I will inform you first when it's finalised. I promise to bring sweets for all of you if there's any confirmation."
Peek Inside Sushant Singh Rajput’s Bandra House
Sushant Singh Rajput had participated in a photoshoot with Asian Paints that showcased his residence in Bandra. During the video, he reflected on the moment he made the decision to acquire the house, recalling, "I remember when I was actually making a decision to get this house, I was shooting for a movie in Budapest. And I saw the video there and decided to get the house."
The captivating images revealed a unique perspective of his home, featuring a lift door opening to a visually striking and somewhat whimsical array of colours, rooms, and even items suspended upside down. Despite his known introverted nature, Sushant's extensive collection of books spoke volumes about his quiet contemplation, as they could be found in every room.
The standout area of his home was undoubtedly the home theatre, complete with cutting-edge audio systems and a projector. This room also proudly displayed his cherished mementos from his childhood fascination with NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) and the wonders of astronomy. While Sushant's on-screen roles reflected his maturity, his enduring love for cars and gadgets revealed his youthful enthusiasm. Among his prized possessions was a model of his dream car, a Maserati, prominently showcased on one of his drawing room shelves, all of which boasted an antique or vintage finish, a style he greatly appreciated. The same dream car graced his garage, a testament to his enduring passion.
About Sushant Singh Rajput’s Bandra House
Late Sushant Singh Rajput's remarkable duplex home boasts an expansive 3,600-square-foot layout. The lower floor features a vast hall, while the upper floor comprises three bedrooms. Situated on the sixth floor, the apartment even includes three parking spaces.
With no takers in the market, the property's rental price has been reduced to Rs. 4 lakh per month. Real estate agents in the vicinity have confirmed that the flat has been available for rent for at least six months now, according to India Today.
Interestingly, Sushant didn't move into this particular property until a later time, opting to reside there during the lockdown imposed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Prior to that, he had occupied another remarkable apartment, which, like this one, was on a rental basis. Sushant's choice to rent stemmed from his desire not to form strong attachments to material possessions.
