In March 2025, ‘Business Proposal’ fame actor Seol In-ah surprised fans by unfollowing Kim Soo Hyun, her agency Gold Medalist, and all her colleagues on social media even though they're all signed under the same label. Instead of selectively unfollowing individuals, she wiped her entire following list on Instagram. Though she hasn’t made a public statement, her action is being interpreted in various ways with some fans suggesting it was a neutral move to avoid being dragged into the controversy, and others viewing it as a quiet stance against those involved.

Ahn Bo-hyun 

Ahn Bo-hyun, known for ‘Flex x Cop’ and ‘See You in My 19th Life’, has reportedly unfollowed everyone on Instagram including Kim Soo-hyun over Kim Soo-hyun’s alleged past relationship with the late Kim Sae-ron during her teenage years, which has sparked controversy. The two actors were previously close as part of the “88s” group on MBC’s ‘Good Day’.

As per the latest reports by South Korea’s social media platform Weibo, Korean actors like Cho Sei-ho, Cha Seung-won,  Lee Soo-hyuk, Dino, Ren Shi-wan, and Hwang Kwang-hee are rumoured to have unfollowed him and are keeping distance from him.
