What Is An Eye Mask?

An eye mask is a skincare treatment designed to target the delicate area under your eyes. It typically comes in the form of creams, gels, or fabric patches infused with nourishing ingredients to hydrate and reduce puffiness. Eye masks are a quick and effective way to address common concerns like dark circles, fine lines, and tired eyes. They help soothe the skin, making it appear brighter, plumper, and refreshed in just a few minutes.

Benefits Of Turmeric For Under Eyes

Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, making it ideal for reducing puffiness and brightening the undereye area. Here are some benefits:

  • Turmeric helps lighten the skin and reduces pigmentation, making it a natural remedy for dark circles.
  • It helps reduce swelling and puffiness, giving your eyes a more refreshed look.
  • Turmeric has healing properties that soothe the skin, preventing fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.
  • These fight free radicals that damage the skin and contribute to the signs of ageing.

  • Leave the mask on for about 10–15 minutes. Relax and let the turmeric work.
  • After the time is up, rinse your face with lukewarm water and pat dry with a towel. Follow up with your favourite eye cream to lock in the moisture.
