Skin Care Hacks You Should Avoid

Here are the skincare hacks that you should avoid:

Applying Lemon Juice On The Skin

Lemon juice has been that one promising element constantly used in all makeup hacks. Undoubtedly, lemon is rich in vitamin C and has a few skin-brightening properties but applying it directly on your face is a big mistake. Applying lemon juice directly on your skin can make your skin sensitive causing skin redness and scaling.

Toothpaste For Treating Acne

It is not a good idea to apply toothpaste on your face (skincare tips for busy lifestyle) to treat pimples or acne. Toothpaste is made with various chemicals and is designed to be used only on teeth and not the face. Toothpaste contains ingredients like fluoride, abrasives, and menthol which can be harsh on your skin and lead to rashes and allergies.
