Face Yoga is a revolutionary method backed up by the power of science and Ayurveda which has truly taken skincare to the next level. The blend of massage, facial exercises and acupuncture not only fights common skin issues but makes one look younger by boosting blood circulation and keeping face muscles firm and tender. In light of the same, we spoke to Ms Vibhuti Arora, Face Yoga Master, FaceYogi, and Skin- Skin-Tech expert. Scroll down to learn natural face-lifting exercises that can be done at home.
Ms Vibhuti Arora said, “Face Yoga works brilliantly for a real and natural facelift because the principle of face yoga works on strengthening and forming the muscle structure of the face.”
Face Lifting Exercise Technique
Ms Vibhuti said, “One of the massage techniques is wherein you divide the face into 5 zones- forehead, cheekbone, chin and neck. After activating the ingredients apply it in the zones. With this, you are doing pumping and lifting exercises, not only are you building muscle memory, but also, you are initiating the blood flow, and the nutrient flow and assisting in lymphatic drainage.
The toxins, which are sitting on your skin tend to pull your face down, thus giving it a very scientific lift. We need to focus on these muscles. When one massages, lifts, tightens and exercises these muscles they become plump, reducing the fine lines and wrinkles on the face as the circulation of blood increases and helps the skin to be better nourished.
