However, for the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana beneficiaries, stricter rules have been mandated. They must complete the authentication at the start of every financial year to get the benefits. Consumers with inactive connections for over nine months must undergo physical KYC at a distributor's office. Any delay or failure in the verification process may lead to suspended subsidies or disrupted refills.

• Install the IndianOil ONE app.

• Sing in using your registered mobile number.

• Tap the LPG section and select e-KYC
