Ingredients

  • One ripe banana
  • One tablespoon of virgin olive oil
  • One teaspoon of honey

Procedure

  • In a small bowl, mash the ripe banana thoroughly with a fork until it forms a smooth, lump-free paste. Add the virgin olive oil and honey to the mashed banana.
  • Mix all the ingredients until you have a consistent and creamy mixture.
  • Start with a clean face. Gently wash your face with a mild cleanser and pat it dry with a soft towel. Using your fingertips, apply an even layer of the mask to your face and neck. Avoid the delicate eye area and lips.
  • Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes. This is a great time to lie down, relax, and let the nourishing ingredients penetrate your skin.
  • Now, rinse your face thoroughly with lukewarm water. Make sure to remove all traces of the mask. Gently pat your skin dry with a clean towel. Follow up with your regular moisturiser to lock in the hydration.
