Step-by-Step Guide To Make Face Mask

  • If using a tea bag, cut it open and collect the finely ground green tea leaves. If using loose leaves, grind them into a fine powder.
  • In a clean bowl, mix the green tea powder with the aloe vera gel. If you're including lemon juice or honey, add them now.
  • Stir everything well until you have a smooth, consistent paste. It should be thick enough to apply without dripping, but not too dry.
  • Before applying the mask, gently cleanse your face and neck with a mild cleanser suitable for oily skin. Pat your skin dry.
  • Using clean fingers or a soft, flat brush, apply an even layer of the mask all over your face and neck, carefully avoiding the delicate eye and lip areas.

  • Leave the mask on for 15 to 20 minutes. This is your moment to relax and let the natural ingredients work their magic.
  • Once the mask has dried slightly, wet your hands lightly and gently massage your skin in circular motions. Then, rinse thoroughly with cool water, use regular moisturiser to lock in the hydration.
  • For best results, use this face mask once or twice a week, as this will help you minimise breakouts and give you clearer skin.
