1. Baking Soda and Lemon Juice Scrub

  • Ingredients:1 tablespoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Instructions:Mix the ingredients into a paste and gently massage onto the face, focusing on areas with blackheads. Leave for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
  • Benefits:Being a natural exfoliant, baking soda is believed to help remove dead skin cells and unclog pores. Apart from this, the antibacterial properties of lemon juice can help brighten the skin.

You are advised to gently exfoliate your skin 2-3 times a week, however, you must use a soft exfoliator or a loofah. “Exfoliation is believed to help you remove dead skin cells and prevent pores from becoming clogged,” shared Natasha.
