Here’s how you can use fenugreek seeds for hair:
You can soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight and then grind them into a fine paste and apply it to the scalp and hair. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild shampoo.
You can add fenugreek seeds to a carrier oil like coconut or olive oil. Heat the mixture until the seeds turn reddish. Strain the oil and massage it into the scalp. Leave it overnight for best results and wash off in the morning.
You can boil fenugreek seeds in water, strain the mixture, and use the water as a final rinse after shampooing your hair.
